After we decide what city to do the next issue on, the first thing we do is go out to our favorite bookshops and amass a ridiculous number of books, magazines, and journals about the next city we’re focusing on. Sarajevo wasn’t easy to find books about, Detroit got a bit easier with Jeffrey Eugenides and Megan Abbott. The trouble with London is that there is just SO much out there to read! We’ve narrowed it down to our favorites so far, and this is what we’ve got:
